Skygarden the Recessed Plaster Ceiling Light by Flos

Some will run from the work required to install this light fixture but you often get mediocre results without putting in some effort. Installing this recessed ceiling light takes a little work. You will need to cut a large square hole in your plasterboard ceiling, affix in place and then fill or plaster the joint between plasterboard and light fixture.

Domed in shape and illuminated from the centre, with reflected light from the frieze and direct light from the adorned glass diffuser you have a garden in the sky, hence the name Skygarden! Measuring 300mm in diameter this is small but beautifully proportioned for living spaces or commercial areas providing diffused lighting.

The inside is white and there is a plaster diffuser support in die-cast aluminum alloy. The diffuser is flashed and blown opal glass.

A recessing depth of around 250mm is required to accommodate the dome and lamp holder.

Designed for use with a Mains G9 lamp - you may halogen or LED.
