Re-Engineered 60s Style - Chiara Grey Table Lamp by Flos

Re-engineered and re-modelled for the 21st century this 60s design is ready for your table. Rolled from a single piece of aluminium anodised in a grey finish and containing a dimmable LED lamp. 

Inspired by a nun’s wimple and veil (we are also reminded of the Handmaids Tale!), this classic 1969 floor lamp design is constructed from a simple sheet of polished stainless steel which has been cut and rolled into a cylinder. The reflective metal has a dark grey tint to it.

Table lamp composed of a reflecting body, finished internally with an opaque white plastic film and folded and closed via hooks riveted to the sheet metal. A coloured seal in rubber-like moulded trim runs along the entire profile of the body.

The internal base in extruded aluminium is attached to the body for stability and it also supports the bulb socket. The power cable (omitted from the images) has a dimmer switch to adjust the brightness. Usable cable length measures 1.9 metres.
