Is this product suitable for use in a feed through wiring configuration?
This fixture does not offer loop-in, loop-out wiring. you will need to make a connection in the ceiling to continue the circuit.

Can this be used as a wall light? Would it look OK?
We have used lights like this in walls at low and high level. As this gives around 300 lumens we would not tend to mount at eye level as it will be too bright. Remember it is a semi-recessed light; your installation will need to be on a wall with a cavity i.e. plasterboard.
