We have 2 of these in master bedroom: in both the LED bulb in the arm needs replacing. I am unable to work out how to get to the bulb to remove and replace.
The LED runs off a low voltage LED driver. In typical circumstances, a failure could be down to either the chip dying (where the light output gradually reduces) or the driver failing (where the chip suddenly stops working). A driver failure is something that could be readily rectified yourself whereas a dead chip would require closer inspection. Please try to find the paperwork from your order and get in touch with us or the supplier you used.

Please let me know the dimensions of the shade - and what the 430 mm height refers to
The height is 170mm x width 285mm x depth 150mm. The 430mm is the overall height from bottom of fitting to top of shade

Can the main light be controlled by a wall switch and the reading light be controlled by switch on the fitting itself?
This fixture has a switch on either side; one for the top light and one for the LED reading light. With one power feed both lights can be controlled at the bedside. So it will operate as you desire.

Our current wall lights are turned on by a switch which is easy to reach when laid in bed, i.e. a bit further down than where the lights are. If I buy these lights, can I still use the wall switch to turn the light on/off or must the switch at the side of this light fitting be used?
You can replace your existing wall light and use your existing switch if this better suits your needs.
