Gaku Wire Light by Nendo for Flos

Gaku, by the designer Nendo, is a frame box light. The word ‘gaku’ means frame in Japanese. This interesting wired and boxed light hosts and interacts with the hanging lamp and a variety of matching objects, to create something between what can be classed as an accessory and also a piece of furniture.

Another superb Flos product, Gaku was designed by the Japanese studio Nendo in 2017. Similar to the Gaku wireless however this option comes with a trailing lead, plug and hanging pendant. Also available to use with the accessories which include bookend, mirror, tall vase, bowl and key tray - we have only the black frame option now available.

A decorative and unusual table lamp, which can also be wall-mounted, in a square frame made of solid ash and with an adjustable pendant. Choose either a natural light finish and stylish black.

A push-button dimmer switch on the power cord allows for the selection of two levels of brightness. Holding the button allows the light to dim seamlessly down to 10% output
