The bulbs for this fitting are integrated and are not available to purchase separately. The fitting has a 3-year warranty

Are the bulbs changeable?
The LED is integrated into the fitting and therefore are non-changeable.

Can this be set at a shorter length than 3 metres?
Yes, it is adjustable at the time of installation.

How long do long life LED lamps last for - in this product they can't be replaced, and only have a two year warranty. Worst case, if a lamp blows in month 25, do I need to replace the whole light fitting?
The LED chips have an expected average life of 30,000 hours. If a chip fails prematurely it will be replaced free of charge under the two year warranty. Outside of the warranty chip replacement is charged. 30,000 hours is quite a few years if used for sux hours per day.

Could we change the bulbs to 4500 K instead of the 3000.
The LED lamps inside this fixture cannot be changed to a different colour temperature.

I see the total wattage is 60 - would this give sufficient light to light up a 1st and 2nd floor open landing?
This fitting is 60 watt LED, which is much brighter than your typical halogen lamp. These long drop fittings are designed to be installed over a larger space for impact and spread of light.

Could the length of this light fitting be extended in any way?
Regrettably 3.0m is the maximum length this fixing is offered as standard. We can ask for a longer version to be produced but this will be subject to an additional cost, an extended delivery period and may be only possible if a quantity are required. Do call and speak to a member of staff for assistance.

What is the warranty please? Are the bulbs replaceable?
The long life LED lamps are not replaceable. This comes with a 2-year warranty.
