From £179.95 inc VATA Danish designer pendant by duo Bjørn + Balle who have created this minimalist pendant with an added industrial touch. The matt black shade is contrasted by brushed steel detail and the turn switch on the side enables the shade to be moved up and down.
This added feature of being able to move the shade up will create a diffused light that spreads into the room - moving it down centres the light downwards - creating a pool of light over a table for example which is perfect for social dinners.
The fitting has a 3 metre long flex which makes this great for high ceilings.

Both fittings are designed for an E27 lamp up to 60 watts. There is no diffuser on the bottom of this shade so consider this when choosing a lamp that it will be seen from underneath.
