Silly question but where does the led bulb go?
There is no bulb as such, the light comes from a LED chip at the base on the single, whereas the twin light version has two chips in the middle.

Do these lamps have a switch ?
As this wall light has been designed safe for use in bathrooms it does not have a switch - sorry

would it be possible to change the bulb to a 4000k cool white?
This is only available in warm white 3000k. This can not be changed.

Is it possible to fix the light upside down so that the globe hangs down?
Unfortunately not, the IP rating is compromised when mounted differently.
