May I assume that the width of this fitting is 1200 mm rather than 120 mm? And may I also assume that it only needs to be supplied by one multi-core wire coming through the ceiling?
The fixture is 800mm long, the width measurement of 120mm comes from the diameter of the shades.

Can you use these on a dimmer switch?
Unfortunately this fitting is not dimmable. Product Ref 10054 is dimmable.
