Is it possible to have the house number on the back panel so it is incorporated into the light fitting?
We would not recommend adding the house numbers to the inside of this fitting. This fitting comes complete with integrated LEDs, meaning it is already sealed and has no opening. If you managed to open the fitting you would then break the seal and it would risk water entering the light.

Can this be ceiling fixed?
Yes, if you wish this could indeed be installed in a ceiling location.

Is this light flush fitting to a wall? We have rendered walls, and not sure how if this light would sit well.
This is not flush fitting, the smaller backing plate is 22mm deep.
