£46.20 inc VATIf any of our customers have problems with dimming their lighting we always suggest they use Richmond dimmer modules.This 1kw single plate dimmer can operate either:
- 1000 watts Resistive loads (mains voltage incandescent lamps and halogen lamps)
- 700 watts (va) Capacitive loads (electronic dimmable LV transformers) That state, "suitable for leading edge dimmers"
- 700 watts (va) Inductive loads = (wound or laminated LV transformers)
Minimum loading is 150w on the above. Do not use mains lamps without internal fusing - a short circuited in an unfused lamp may damage your transformer.
This dimmer can be used with dimmable CFL lamps subject to meeting the 30w minimum load and 116w maximum load on the circuit.
