IP65 White Shallow Fire Rated Downlight

Featuring an intumescent material ring that expands during a fire, this fixture eliminates the need for a can behind the lamp. With a total depth of just 70mm, it's a shallow fire-rated downlight—a perfect space-saving solution for installations with limited ceiling room.

This fitting is constructed from high-quality, die-cast aluminium and steel while remaining immensely affordable. Options include fixed, tilted and a glazed IP65 bathroom version.

Decorative bezels are offered in polished chrome, brushed nickel, white and matt white. The matt white version can be painted over to fit seamlessly with your existing decor and altered each time your interior is changed.  All are twist off, handy for decorating and it means the fixture can be relamped from below without taking the fixture from the ceiling.

The IP65 option gives you jet proof protection from water and can be used in any part of a bathroom ceiling.

Installation is eased by the tools-free installation that uses push-in wiring connections.

Designed for GU10 base mains lamp up to 35w. We highly recommend using LED lamps, for longer lamp life and energy efficiency.
