Cluster lights - when a space needs impact
Larger and high ceiling spaces often require more dramatic lighting to either highlight or illuminate the space. The longer, the bigger and the more stylish the light the more the space will have impact. For large spaces you will need effective illumination not just long drop or wide but something with a good degree of light. Choosing a cluster pendant may be a good option as they offer multiple lamps and multiple suspension allowing you to fill the space just as you would like.
Many of these cluster or multiple drop lights provide the option of changing each flex to allow you to either stagger or adjust the style to suit your space and desired look. A large space with a high ceiling or a stairwell will really look extra special with a beautiful light.
We have another category which has similar cluster pendants but have much longer drops or suspension flexes allowing you to install them on the really high ceiling, atrium or stairwell. See the Long Drop Pendant category by clicking here.
A cluster pendant refers to a light which has multiple suspended pendants or lamps hanging from a central ceiling rose or plate. Each flex can be adjusted at the time the fixture is installed allowing you to adapt and style the pendant to your space and/or ceiling height. There are many options and designs now available which feature the simpler or the more unusual design such as varying shaped and coloured shades or perhaps multiple finishes. Spider pendants (which have bare flexes for decorative bulbs) could also be used in these spaces but they are generally for the wider expanse of ceiling rather than the higher ceiling.
