Can you tell me how easy these fittings are to daisy chain together? Is there a maximum amount of fittings that can be daisy chained together?
You better go off and check the definition of daisy chain as this often causes confusion. The number of fixtures that may be used on one lighting circuit is determined by the cable size and length and the rating of your MCB or fuse. Needless to say in most circumstances you can wire to the terminal block in the first light fixture and loop out of this to the next lighting fixture and so on until you achieve the lighting circuit needed.

Is this mains fitting dimmable? We have blown a few dimmers so this is important to know.
You really should have contacted us before now as a little advice would have saved you time and money. Firstly add up the total wattage of all lamps that will be on the circuit. The total wattage of the lamps should not exceed the rating of the dimmer unit. Only use one dimmer unit on a circuit. Follow these two basic instructions and you will not have a problem.
