Our offices are open for you to collect purchased items if you prefer rather than having them delivered.
We hate fraudsters so we go out of our way to ensure they do not use stolen credit card details on our site. Furthermore we do not process or store the details of credit or debit cards on our website so you can be assured that your bank account is safe. That is guaranteed.
Payment card security
In the recent past the Lighting Styles website did use secure payment pages with SSL security. However having secure pages on your website does make you a target for automated programmes that “attack” the website server. These attacks are thwarted by the firewalls and associated configuration that made our server PCI and DSS compliant but the relentless wave upon wave of automated attacks slow down the web servers and make the site slow for real users.
To overcome this and to provide a full on-line service with 3D secure verification we now use a third party provider to record and securely store your card details.
The only details recorded on our site are your order details, your address and, if different, your delivery address. Your card details are taken by Sagepay and payment is taken on their payment page which is of course secure and PCI DSS certified.
Lighting Styles has a studio/showroom at our warehouse in Essendine. You are still welcome to visit however we recommend you call before travelling to ensure we can assist you with your requirements, our showroom has been under construction for the previous year (since we moved location) and, because of Brexit and supplier issues it has taken us much longer than anticipated..
All our staff are lighting experts and are passionate about what they do. If you have new build plans or are looking for a lighting solution please contact us to arrange an appointment to ensure we can provide you with the time required and our best attention.
