Chasen Pendant by Flos

This is a beautiful elegant pendant by Flos. Available in white or black, and malleable allowing you to choose the design you prefer.  To achieve this the pendant shape can be left long and slim or short and more bulbous - or something in between.

"Chasen takes its inspiration from an ancient oriental instrument, the traditional bamboo whip used during the tea ceremony, whose delicate filaments continue to change shape"  designed by P. Urquiola for Flos.

The light emission can be adjusted by means of a mechanical movement that opens the louvers, thereby varying the shape. The shade can be altered from a large bulbous bottom to a more elongated shape.

Creating a wonderful lighting effect and an orange glow from the base of the lamp, this fitting really is something quite different.

Has a corresponding coloured 3700mm flex, which can be adjusted at time of installation to suit varying ceiling heights.

Can be used with any E27 Par 38 lamp up to 120 watts (lamp included). Compatible with LED and energy saving lamps.
