Terre d'Hautaniboul Ceramic Trapeze Wall Light - Souris Finish

A classic French Terre D'Hautaniboul, which sadly closed some years ago. All their lights were handmade to order and normally took around 6-8 weeks to complete.  We have here in stock for a quick dispatch one trapeze wall light finished in Souris, which means mouse in French.

A beautifully made wall light with a straight arm finished in chrome and brass measures 500mm in length. The shade supplied measures 330mm in diameter.

Authentique et actual as the French would say. Our French pottery is hand-made and hand-glazed with two firings at 1030°C and 960°C for resistance and quality. Uneven shades in colours and cracks in the glazing are the proof of the hand glazing process and part of the patina of the finished product. Crazing occurs after the final firing of a piece and will differ on pieces according to size, position in the kiln and ambient temperature. These should not be regarded as faults in the product. If you're seeking perfection you should look at machine manufactured pottery.

Designed for E27 base mains lamps up to 60 watts.
