This is a ceramic uplight for use in corners to provide effective ambient light, great if you do not wish to use dimmer switches for subtle lighting as the upward light sweeps the walls.

Easy to fit, simply feed the mains wiring through one of the pre drilled holes, connect to the terminal block and screw to the wall. The product comes in a smooth white finish which can be painted any colour to suit your decor ensuring it will look great in any home. We however feel it looks great in its original colour.

Also available as a standard wall light and in more finishes and shapes.

Uses E14 lamps which are widely available.

The Polish instructions show what looks like a hinged hook in a wall plug to fix these on a wall - weary of screwing into these as seem very fragile - any help with a fixing suggestion?
Yes the instructions do show a hook, but the fittings do not come with any fixings. We would suggest using screws and not screwing the fitting too tight to cause it to crack.

I'm interested in a bowl ceramic corner uplighter for my two bedrooms. Would this be suitable as a reading light? How long does it take for it to be delivered?
This would work as a bedside reading light, Suggest using a lower wattage LED lamp. Delivery lead time is stated on the webpage.

Can this be painted?
Yes this fitting is made of plaster and finished in white. You can paint this to suit your decor.

Are they dimmable?
These use a E14 lamp, standard halogen lamps are dimmable. and you can also get LED E14 lamps that can also be dimmed.
