Birdies Nest - Flush Fitting

This famous light fitting by Ingo Maurer is called Birdies Nest. With metal goose-feather wings and a metal structure and clear cable.  A fantastically different light that encompasses true originality and stylish design. Fitted flush to the ceiling this would look great in a living space and you could watch the 'birdies' fly creating an interesting light display when lit. The lamps are held on a twisted wire and flex and the goose-feathers resemble wings. 

This fitting has been designed for rooms with lower ceilings but is not suitable for rooms with high humidity. It is also possible to install this as a wall lamp if required.

Fitting includes low voltage halogen 10w lamps plus two spare. Canopy includes in-built transformer.
