Twin Adjustable Spotlight for Mains GU10 Lamps

How bright are these lights, I am looking to install for the garden patio, the patio is 10 foot deep and 24 foot wide. I am thinking of getting Two. Would they provide sufficient light.
These Fittings would provide enough light for this space if using two. Each fitting accepts a GU10 Bulb up to 7w LED which is equivalent to 70w old school.

I was wondering whether these wall lights could be fitted to the ceiling?
These can be installed on the ceiling but it is not recommended, as it has not been tested for heat dissipation and weight distribution.

Does this come in a sensor variation?
This is only available as standard. A separate PIR could be wired up to it if a sensor is required.
