Jogg Multi-Arm Chandelier for Large Spaces

What is the diameter of the pendant/ceiling rose?
The pendant is malleable and can be adjusted how you wish. The ceiling rose diameter is 200mm.

Looking at the 40 and 60 arm Jogg am wondering if they are supplied with 5w or 10w lamps?
These are supplied with 5w lamps. The transformer does not allow for higher wattage lamps.

Is the driver mains dimmable?
The 12v power supply is dimmable and we can offer assistance on selecting a suitable dimmer module.

I am interested in the 30 light Jogg chandelier. Would our electrician able to alter the height of the cable to the light?
The length of the 1500mm suspension cables can be reduced as required to suit lower ceilings by your electrician.

Can you use LED lamps instead?
The Jogg Chandelier has a built in transformer and using LED lamps would alter the load and you would risk not reaching the minimum load and so we would not recommend it.

What is the weight of these fittings please.
The 30 Light model is 5.5kg, the 40 light is 7.2kg and the 60 light is 13kg.

I have a hall which is double height and this lamp looks ideal, however, it is impossible to change bulbs without erecting scaffolding. Is there any way the light could have some sort of pulley system to lower it to ground level to clean and change bulbs etc?
We would suggest using good quality lamps and using a dimmer. This means the lamps avoid the shock of an inrush current which means they will last longer. Chandelier hoists are available bit many have to be positioned below the ceiling and are quite ugly. those that can be installed in the ceiling void are okay but cost start at around £1,500.

I have one of the jogg pendants, regretfully the transformer has burnt out, as I have two of these I really don`t want to replace them both. Is it possible to get a replacement transformer?

I`ve had my jogg up for about six years now and the heat and dust means the shades aren`t white any more. I love the fixture can I get replacement shades?
Yes we can supply spare shades - while replacing these it`s always best to change the lamps too for that extra sparkle. Call us for more information.

Could you tell me the diameter of length of the Jogg 40arm pendant?
Being a product that is shaped by your own artistic flair, the diameter is dependant on the way in which the arms are twisted. On average a little over a metre tends to look about right.
