A die cast aluminium downlight. Open fronted 12v downlight in anodised aluminium.

The lamp is close to bottom of the fitting so will appeal more those who like a little sparkle to their lighting.

Takes 1 x dichroic lamp MR16 max 50w - requires transformer.

The lamp is great quality product and a very good price.

Purchase a GU10 lamp holder to use this fitting with mains lamps.

Does this item have a terminal box , or do I need to connect the MR16 directly to a standard 12V connector? Also, does it have spring loaded arms that hold the fitting in place above the ceiling?
The fitting comes with the GU5,3 lamp holder connected to a terminal block mounted on a stirrup. You connect the output of your transformer to this terminal block. And yes, the fitting has spring loaded arms but not the ones that damaged the ceiling when installed/removed
