Exactly as described and performs as promised. The tube gives a mellow ambience and we will perhaps change the tube for a brighter daylight one, but that's purely our preference. Its main virtue is the silence - no infuriating constant hum. Tremendous value and delivery was amazing - less than 24 hours from placing the order. Where is the terminal block in this unit: in the middle or towards one end? Underneath towards one of the ends.

Would the large fitting be ok in a kitchen 16sq mtrs ? Are they in stock ? A single 36w fluorescent fixture is going to be inadequate in a space this large unless it is supplemented by additional task lighting. Two 36w light fixtures may be a better solution. These are typically always in stock.

How deep are these fittings, i.e how far away from the ceiling do they protrude? The depth of these fittings is 35mm.
