Is this available with a built in PIR ? or is a remote one required? A remote PIR sensor would be required for this fitting as there is not yet a product on the market which incorporates a built in PIR sensor

How far out from the wall does it stick out. How long is the neck I should say. What is the diameter of the light (the sheet metal rain shield) The projection of this fitting is 360mm. The diameter of (sheet metal rain shield) is 160mm across and 110mm deep.
