Can the wall light be used as a picture light i.e. can it be adjusted to point back onto the wall? The bracket would allow the head to point straight down and a cone of light would illuminate anything fixed to the wall below. However if you wish to illuminate your picture more evenly the head needs to project from the wall and shine back onto the wall. A sign light may do the job outside if our picture lights do not suit your needs.
