Made to resemble an eyeball in appearance this fitting has a highly polished chrome 'sclera' a glass lens and a lamp as a pupil.

Comes complete with textile black cable and chrome canopy measuring 85mm*20mm.

Also available with a white outer, cable and canopy.

Looks great as a single or in a group as pictured in the enlarged image.

I am looking to buy 1 or 2 of these for over my secretary's desk in reception. How much wattage will we require to carry out secretarial duties? (there is no other light in that room) The room is 3.5 x 3.5m. Does this type of bulb produce a lot of heat? will my secretary be cooking?!
We would only suggest this pendant is used in addition to general ambient lighting. Office space should have 300-500 lux on the working plane. This type of light will give sufficient light on the desk but not meet CIBSE lighting guides because the walls and ceiling will be too dark in comparison to the desk. This pendant will generate heat as the lamp has an aluminium reflector and thus reflects heat and light down. It should be mounted high enough to avoid heat being a factor.

In short this is not a suitable lighting solution for your space. Contact our office to provide more details and we will undertake a calculation for you and suggest the best lighting. A suspended stylish fluorescent fitting will be a better solution.
