Do the spots on top of the stalk allow themselves to be moved so that the light could shine on to a gate for illuminated gate entry.Also am I right that the right of the pole is just over 11" from the base? The spots on top are fully adjustable and can even be pointed up if required. There are two version of this bollard one 280mm high and one 450mm high.
