What is the minimum and maximum for this suspended light? Are they steel cables that suspend the light? Adjustable drop range: 250-1495mm. Cables are steel wire.

Hi, Can you tell me please, it is possible to surface mount these fittings? This fitting can only be suspended and can not be surface mounted.
