Is this luminaire dimmable? This fitting takes a T5 fluorescent lamp and unfortunately is not dimmable

What is the luminous flux from each lamp? It varies slightly with the colour temperature. A good average is 3300 lumens per lamp.

What sort of spread does the fitting give on ceiling? say at 500mm. At 500mm it should give a very broad spread of soft upward light.
