The item was delievered quickly and well packaged. The fitting instruction leaflet didn't match with the item in the box - the design showed a bar that was fitted to the ceiling by two screw which the stainless steel back plate was then secured to by four screws. However there was no bar in the box and even if there had been there were no screw holes in the back plate where it could have been fixed. There was only a keyhole style connection in the middle of the back plate which would be used to fix the lights to a screw poking out of the ceiling. I spoke a chap in Lighting Styles technical department (David?) who was very helpful. We decided that the three spot unit was only designed to be fitted by the keyhole attachment even though the weight of the unit would make this a tadge unsafe. He wished me well...! Fortunately I found a substantial wood screw and a safe place to fix the unit and it works really well and it looks great. Happy days!
