How heavy is the shade? As it looks pretty solid. How long do you think it would take to put together? The weight of this fitting is Weight 1,5 kg. With a couple of people you would have it done in a few hours.

Do you have this ceiling light or any other similar in Ivory / cream? Ironically the Norm 69 was available in creme and was sadly discontinued around a year ago. We bought the remaining stock from Normann Copenhagen and our stocks were depleted a few months back. So Sorry.

Can you tell me the minimum cord length you could have with this fitting? I don't have very high ceilings so I'm not sure it will even be possible to attach it properly. The lamp holder would sit roughly about 80mm into the shade. Due to the size of the extra large Norm we would recommend it hangs about 2 foot below your ceiling otherwise it can look out of place. You may want to consider the small Norm due to your low ceiling height.
