How short can the lights be adjusted to at installation i.e. what is the minimum drop?
This depends on the look you desire. The shortest drop would be achieved with 3 alternate shades at high level and 3 slightly lower. With a cascade style we would suggest around 65cm is the point at which it still works.

Unfortunately we are not able to provide spare glass shades for this fitting.

Does the hanging cope attach to the ceiling or does it hang from a flex?
The ceiling rose which holds the flexes is attached directly to the ceiling. I have added an additional photo of the fitting to the listing.

Can this light be fitted to a vaulted ceiling?
We would not recommend installing cluster pendants on a vaulted ceiling as the intended look will be lost.
