Zone 3 is anywhere outside zones 0,1 and 2 (subject to specific limits) and where no water jet is likely to be used. No IP rating is required.



Careful attention must be made when specifying Bathroom Lighting. There are a number of rules regarding the manufacture and installation of Lights within a wet area bathroom. Please consult an electrician who is a familiar with the latest IEE wiring regulations.



You must first decide where exactly you intend for the Lights to be fitted - the location in which you wish your lights to go will determine the Ingress Protection required - this level of protection is called an IP rating.
