It should be noted that when replacing 5w, 10w or 20w halogen capsules the load is significantly reduced and some transformers may not register this and may not operate the lamps correctly or result in a flicker. If this is the case you should consider using a lower power transformer or dedicated LED driver with a 12 volt supply.
We have tested the warm white G4 lamp, at 1 metre it gives off 50 lumens and at half a metre high it gives off 150 lumens. The cool white option would give out slightly more.
