Does this lamp come complete with base unit?? The lamp is exactly as seen in the image with four pins in the base. This pushes into the dedicated lamp holder in the fixture and the fixture must incorporate this and the control gear (ballast). This is not a retrofit lamp for use in standard bayonet or screw-in lamp holder.
